Refund and Returns Policy

At HAKB, we care about your satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly and fairly.

🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • The product is returned to our designated return address

❌ You are not eligible for a return/refund if:

  • You used the product and later changed your mind
  • You request a return after 7 days without prior communication
  • The product was damaged or modified after delivery
  • You refused to accept the delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., trimmers, undergarments)
  • Perishable items
  • Digital/downloadable goods or gift cards

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the product within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your selected method
  • Refunds are completed within 7 business days

We only provide exchanges for defective or damaged items.

🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a store credit for the value of the item
  • A gift certificate will be sent once your return is approved

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
